Dentures are sets of artificial teeth that rest directly on the gums.  Partial dentures are used for people with several missing teeth to restore those areas.  A partial denture clasps onto the existing teeth to hold in place inside the mouth. 

     How are this procedure done?  A series of appointments will be scheduled.  We begin with taking impressions of your mouth.  Then our laboratory makes a buildup that fits into your mouth that allows us to make an accurate bite record of the position your teeth.  On the third visit we try in your denture or partial denture with the teeth in place.  The following visit is the delivery appointment.  A patient receiving a new denture or partial denture should plan on visits to adjust these into a comfortable position following the delivery appointment.
